About the job
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales operations across Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels and dealerships. This role involves developing and implementing sales processes, overseeing sales performance, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency at Dat Bike.
You will be report directly to Director of Sales & Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
Sales Process Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows for D2C and dealership operations.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Sales Team Support:
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all sales channels.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to streamline operations.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the sales team and other internal teams.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in operations management (Born from 1988 to 1994)
- Established record of accomplishment managing operations to deliver the highest quality and standards.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have.
- Bias for action; self-starter approach to challenging the status quo.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
