Job Details

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of internal database system including monthly update and report
• Ensure high quality of data by applying the checking and validation tools
• Build recruitment plan to maintain the standard respondent database
• Plan, implement and measure various engagement activities across social media channels and company website
• Join to develop new tools for effective data management and analysis
• Work as team representative in completing all relevant tasks of internal projects.
  
  

Key Competencies

• Hands-on experience of using applied SQL (coding, query, report) and MS Offices
• Knowledge of using various social media channels as Facebook, Website, Application
• Logical thinking and collaboration towards team goals.
• Ability to arrange tasks to be completed within delivery timeline
• Good service management skills and strong teamwork
