* Job description
Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth + compliant delivery of all customs related activities in your geographical location. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key tasks.
* Your tasks and responsibilities • To monitor day-to-day performance of customs-related suppliers, identifying + addressing issues. • To update customers daily on status updates while also providing solutions to queries raised by customs officers. • To answer customer’s enquiries relating to customs procedures, tariff classifications + duty rates. • To create standard operating procedures, identify business risks + provide training. • To conduct regular audits + quality control checks on customs documentation. • To keep abreast of latest customs laws + regulations, ensuring the organization adapts to these changes effectively while adhering to ethical + legal standards. • To attend to customs examinations + ensure relevant certifications are valid. • To arrange product re-classification with customs ruling department.

* Your skills and experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in business (Foreign Trade) or Import-Export Administration. • Certificate of Import-Export & Customs Professional organized by HCM Customs Department. • Over 4 years’ experience in import and export activities, good relationship with shipping lines, forwarder & government officials. • Ability to control daily forwarding tasks and customs job activities under high skills level. • Computer literacy MS Office and high skills in Macro/ VBA for Customs Data Digitalization. • Fluency in both written and spoken English. • Effective communication, well motivation & willing to take more jobs under pressure. • Good at collaboration, customer + stakeholder management, action-oriented, plan + align.
* Work hour: From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month.
