Job Title: QC INSPECTOR (HANOI)

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: List the essential job responsibilities in descending order of importance.

1. Make Final Inspection for Medical devices and/or other related products at Medline’s vendors located in the North/South Vietnam area as planned, following the Medline Inspection Criteria.
2. Document the inspection reports as required.
3. Work with divisional QAs and suppliers for the disposition and actions of reworked products.
4. Make Environment Vigilance Audit at vendors as plan to ensure they maintain good quality control for Medline’s products.
5. Support other members at work as well as contribute to the growth of overall Medline VN quality team.
6. Summarize and submit the periodic report to the Supervisor and stake holders according to request.
7. Help vendors understand Medline requirements, thus improving product and production quality as well as improving Vietnam vendors to catch up with expected quality level.
8. Identify all risks related to quality discrepancies through every day work and provide suggestions to Supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Compliance with QSR and ISO/EN regulations and Medline policies, procedures, and work rules.
10. Other projects assigned by Supervisor.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: List minimum education, certification, years of experience, etc. which are required to perform the job.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. More than 1 years of quality background or experience on manufacturing process.

Relevant Work Experience

1. Bio-Medical/Chemical/Mechanical/Textile/ Injection Molding Engineering background is preferred
2. Quality Control/Assurance or Engineer experiences at manufacturing companies is preferred
3. Good reading/writing and can verbal communication in English
4. Good problem solving skills, knowledge of analysis tools like, AQL, 7QC, FMEA, 5M, etc. is a plus
5. Good personal, interpersonal, and teamwork orientation
6. Familiar with MS Office and other computer working software
7. Willing to travel.
