Job Description

As the Creative Lead, you will spearhead the development of compelling visual and narrative content, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and engaging deliverables. You will collaborate closely with the AI, UI, and marketing teams to craft immersive character profiles, scenarios, and assets that align with the project’s goals. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to optimizing workflows and output quality.

Responsibilities

• Character Profile Development: Create and manage detailed agent profiles, including bios, personalities, preferences, and visual identities, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Prompt Design: Design and refine appearance prompts and settings for Stable Diffusion to achieve consistent, high-quality image outputs.
• Prompt Library Management: Build and maintain a prompt library tailored for NSFW scenarios, optimized for efficient use by the AI team.
• Model Research and Testing: Research, test, and implement suitable LoRA models and checkpoints to enhance generation results and streamline workflows.
• Content Creation: Write and generate scenario-based content, including image prompts and narrative setups, to support interactive experiences.
• Asset Generation: Produce diverse image assets, including triggers, avatars, shop items (compatible across character types), and videos, ensuring quality and functionality.
• Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with UI and marketing teams to provide visual assets and creative support as needed.
• Quality and Productivity: Ensure high output quality and productivity across all deliverables, maintaining consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in a creative role, with experience in digital content creation, AI-generated art, or game design. Prior work with Stable Diffusion or similar AI tools is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in prompt engineering, familiarity with LoRA models, and experience with AI image generation tools. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Strong storytelling and visual design abilities, with a keen eye for detail and consistency in character and scenario development.
• Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, media, creative writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
