- Defect list, maintained outlet equipment, and connected with Engineering team to fix the area.
- The defect list is updated weekly with F&B and monthly with Engineering.
- In charge of inventory operation equipment (table, chair, lazy, stage, sofa).
- Plan for the event with 150+ pax.
- Plan for multiple events and multiple function rooms on the same day.
- Do BEO meetings with BQM or if BQM is not in shift and notify any special function or organizer.
- Support to advise S&M then create a layout available with kind of events.
- Take responsibility in charge of function, layout set up and handle with organizer.
- Arrangement and give assignments for all CLs and permanent staff service for function.
- Solve the problem if happens in the function.
- Ensure all store and banquet offices are clean and clear.
- Check out all banquet locations after the function to ensure it clean and clear.
- Inventory all kinds of equipment and report monthly.
- Go meeting with all the outlets and organizers if BQM is not on shift.
- Ensure all environments of banquet good smell and higher fire protection.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels.
- Quite good communication in English.
- Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
