Mô Tả Công Việc
- To develop the overall business of the Bank in the Northern & Southern Region with primary focus on key business of the Bank particularly on loans, deposits and Non-Interest Income.
- To direct the performance of the Sales force towards the achievement of assigned business targets.
- To lead and manage the sales force in ensuring individual business targets are met.
- To disseminate and reinforce Head Office’s business strategies and directions and provide feedback to Head Office on business and operational issues for improvement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-Graduate degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking & Finance, Business Administration.
-Good command of spoken and written English.
-Dynamic and pro-active with at least 5 years working experiences in banking/ sales & marketing.
-Working experience in international banking / financial organizations is an advantage.
