Job Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor the annual budget.
• Internal Control: Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses and provide insights into the financial performance of manufacturing operations.
• Process improvement: identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Project: working with the production team to validate the financial data to ensure financial data accuracy.
• ERP system management: utilize and optimize the ERP system for accounting and financial functions.
• Risk management: identify financial risks, proposing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
