KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support line managers in attracting, developing, and retaining skilled employees by providing HR services in alignment with division guidelines, focusing on:

Company Culture:

• Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and assist with action plans.
• Promote initiatives that align the company’s culture with Group values and KPIs.

Company Structure:

• Review and advise on company structure and role profiles.
• Ensure role clarity to optimize performance and engagement.

Staff Manpower Plan:

• Forecast staffing needs based on business plans and market trends.
• Maintain staff data and recommend recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.

Talent Management:

• Support managers in the Talent Management process, including recruitment, performance management, and career development.
• Act as an advisor for key HR decisions.

Staff Development Programs:

• Implement and evaluate leadership and specific development programs for targeted staff groups.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monitor and report on compensation against company policies and market trends.
• Advise on salary decisions and manage payroll to ensure timely payments.

Employee Relations & Communications:

• Provide guidance on policies, legal issues, and conflict resolution.
• Foster communication between employees and management.

Problem-Solving Support:

• Respond to HR-related issues, offering expert advice and solutions.

HR Business Contribution:

• Align HR with company KPIs by analyzing data and suggesting improvements.
• Build relationships to support company performance and continuously improve HR services.

Leadership of HR Team:

• Communicate business context, set team goals, and provide feedback.
• Recognize and reward HR team members for their contributions.

Talent Development & Succession:

• Identify and develop future leaders based on business needs.
• Prepare successors for key roles within agreed timelines.

Alignment with Group Values:

• Lead by example, ensuring alignment with Group’s core values in all actions.
• Mentor team members to reinforce the company’s culture.
