Job Title: QC Inspector/ HN or Da Nang

Job Descriptions:

• Organize and schedule weekly inspections to align with shipping timelines.
• Collaborate with factories to conduct inline and final inspections following the inspection SOP, while routinely monitoring production lines.
• Prepare and distribute official inspection reports in compliance with the inspection SOP.
• Track factory performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee production processes and timelines, notifying supervisors of any potential delays.
• Provide training and guidance to factories as needed to uphold quality requirements.
• Escalate critical quality concerns to the direct manager.
• Analyze inspection results to identify recurring defects, collaborate with the direct manager on improvement strategies, and work with factories to implement corrective measures.
• Ensure all factories comply with subcontracting policies and report any related concerns.
• Alert the manager about expected delays caused by inspection performance or other observations.
• Support the onboarding and training of new factories.
• Work closely with the U.S. cross-functional team to address quality concerns and operational challenges.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for baby socks and accessories such as shoes, backpacks, and cut-and-sew products.
• Understand production, supply chain, procurement, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, making sound decisions and taking full responsibility for them.
• Have a solid background in product and manufacturing quality.
• Be knowledgeable about vendor/mill operations, product construction, and fabric/materials.
• Exhibit strong leadership, negotiation, and technical skills.
• Have experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English across all communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in textiles or children’s products.
• Experience in third-party quality inspection firms is a plus.
• Proactive and accountable for assigned tasks.
• Capable of working independently under high-pressure conditions.
• Highly resourceful, well-organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
