We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Thu Duc/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.

• Process order entries in the ERP system, and ensure these entries are accurate.
• Prepare shipping documents, proceed with freight booking, and liaise with MPL, production, warehouse, customs, and forwarders to ensure delivery of outgoing shipments is picked up on time.
• Send invoices or other bills to customers and track receivables timely. Write off invoice in ERP based on received payment.
• Communicate with customers for shipping schedules, forecasts, and any other demand or emergency.
• Pass customer demand to the MPL department timely and accurately, make sure they fully understand, and input into production plan correctly.
• Maintain different kinds of reports and records.
• Monitor production status by checking system reports and communicating with MPL, and Production, to ensure customer customer-requested shipping plans can be achieved.
• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints, and handle return and exchange.
• Attend CFT meetings, understand meeting subjects, and take action according to meeting minutes.

• Good command of English reading, writing, and listening, speaking.
• 5- 7years or above Experience in customer service/logisticsfor themanufacturing company
• Experience in working with ERP
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work experience in an international company or organization is preferable.
• Strong mindset for planning
• Strong system tracking
