ROLE OVERVIEW

• Work closely with the Product Owner to determine and understand customers’/end-users' needs and desires for validating and grooming user stories.

• Write and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Specifications, etc.

• Design mock-up, wireframe, and developing diagrams (UML).

• Work with the Development, QA, and client teams to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.

• Write user manuals, conduct user training sessions, and track feedback.

• Join regular meetings at night with the product team in the US.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of IT and System Analyst experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Good interaction and presentation skills with stakeholders and development teams.

• Ability to explain technical subjects at a high abstraction level so that business users can understand them well.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical and conceptual thinker.

• Strong analysis, logical thinking & research skills.

• Comfort with working across multiple streams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

• Experience in UI/UX.

Nice to have:

• Have experience with large-scale projects and ongoing production support.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical competencies with an emphasis on product development.

• Have knowledge of Agile/Scrum Framework

• Experienced in Healthcare, EDI is a plus
