ROLE OVERVIEW

A driven and talented team player to add to our Delivery team. You will be working with potential clients in the US and Japan to deliver AI-driven and Process Automation solutions. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating internal and external people and processes for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that entrusted projects produce the desired results.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will:

- Assist the Project Manager in leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

- Help resolve issues and provide technical and business solutions.

- Analyze project status and report issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner. For the role you need to be highly self-learning driven and have the following skillset:

- Excellent business communication in English

- Good knowledge and experience in software solutions and SaaS products.

- Nice to have knowledge and experience in AI solutions, especially in the Computer Vision domain.

- Nice to have PMP certification or Project Management course completed certification.

- Good critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.

- Be at least 1 year of experience as Project Leader or relevant position (BA, PM, PO, Project Coordinator,…)
