Responsibilities:

• We do agile software development, 2 weeks sprint, seasonal release.
• Develop new applications, features, and enhancements on the platform.
• Take part in the Product Backlog Refinement meetings to contribute to developing the Product Backlog. Communicate the business domain, logical, exceptional rule, and behavior of the platform.
• Self-organize and make the progress transparent.
• Take part in the Sprint Planning meeting and Release planning meeting to plan with the team.
• Work with your colleagues, including Product Owners, Developers, QCs, Team leaders on a daily sprint.
• Do technical learning, research for architecture and design improvement.
• DevOps, CI, CD, monitoring and control the production environment.

Required skills:

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Developer in a stable production environment.

Backend (.NET):

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET, from .NET Framework to the latest versions.
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL for database design, development, and optimization.
• Experience with IdentityServer, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for secure authentication and authorization.
• Familiarity with .NET MAUI for building cross-platform mobile and desktop applications.

Frontend:

• Proficient in modern HTML and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS.

General:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High commitment to writing well-tested, maintainable code.

Nice to Have (Plus Skills):

• Experience with Azure Cloud (preferred), or AWS / Google Cloud.
• Understanding of best practices in using AI tools to support coding efficiency.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, pipeline as code, and infrastructure as code (we use Azure DevOps).
• Strong ability to quickly learn and master complex technical concepts and systems.

Soft Skills:

• Effective communication skills in written and reading English.
• Ability to write clear, structured long-form documentation.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to self-organize and communicate effectively in remote working environments when needed.
• Quick learner, capable of handling complex systems with minimal supervision.
