Sika Vietnam is seeking a Specification Supervisor to build relationships with key decision-makers (owners, consultants) in the South area, secure early project influence, and facilitate sales success.

This position is expected to start in January 2025

Job Description

• Together with the TM Manager(s) and Specifying team to assist Head of Building Systems to strengthen specifying tasks for Sika Limited (Vietnam).
• Levering on existing connections, develop a fluent relationship with key stakeholders within the list of Key Owners assigned
• Stay updated with construction projects to identify sales opportunities. Assist sales team to penetrate projects under specifiers or key owner accounts. Organize introductory meetings and follow up to ensure successful delivery
• Involve in commercial discussions with key owners related to Sika product and systems. Coordinate with Area Manager / TM Manager(s)
• Update and introduce the new products /technologies to specifiers and key owners in coordination with TM Managers/ technical team.
• Ensure technical support in particular for assigned key owners
• Actively monitor the competitor’s offering and suggest to TM Manager(s) new product ideas.
• Develop and maintain Environment, Health & Safety Health policies and procedures; to enforce Environment, Health & Safety regulations in compliance with the standards/ Legal requirements/ Corporate requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Specification Manager/Head of Building Systems
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architectural fields.
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields, such as specifications writing or key account management for top 10 developers.
• Excel in interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, adept at finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Possess outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities to effectively engage a variety of audiences.
