JOB SUMMARY:

Customer service:

• Check and keep hotline

• Reply customer chat/ email/ website

• Update customer information on database file

• Follow and update story on social like FB and Instagram

• Ask for feedback from previous customer booking.

• Design party menu/ promotion… based on guideline

Sales admin:

• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks

• Update customer database

• Check customer feedback for all bookings

• Issue contracts and provide to customers according to the manager's guideline.

Social media:

• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.

Hotline Phone:

• Respond to incoming phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Mail:

• Check mail for booking or new information

• Respond to mail inquiries promptly.

Delivery/ booking/ Online order:

• Check – respond and process delivery order.

• Monitor incoming online bookings or orders for delivery.

• Send booking to outlets with all inquiries from customers

• Coordinate with the delivery team and update customers on their orders.

• Ensure that the online order information is accurate and up to date.

• 1 year of experience in customer service / sales admin
• - Good communication in Vietnam and English
• - Knowledge about restaurant services and cuisine
• - Solving problems
• - Desire working in the hospitality service industry (Hospitalilty)
• - Discipline, hard work, honesty.
