About The Job

As our new Data Analyst, you will examine and analyze complex data, will own the end-to-end process of developing trusted reports and data products - from business requirements gathering, to data model realization, to dashboard development, to the delivery of actionable insights and recommendations. You will develop a deep understanding of our user base and their customer journey, collaborating closely with our Go-To-Market and Product teams to break ground on new analyses and evolve our insights & analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deeply understand business questions, craft single-source-of-truth reports and dashboards to address them, that also meet our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale analytics environment
• Design, develop, and extend our current data model; Understand and document the full lifecycle of data in our Data Catalog so data can be efficiently integrated, modeled, and analyzed
• Explore data to uncover insights and opportunities, in particular understanding the customer journey and identifying opportunities for growth/improvement
  
  
  

Requirements

• Positive and solution-oriented mindset
• Clearly and concisely communicate complex business logic, technical requirements, and design recommendations through iterative solutions
• Fluent in SQL within analytical data warehouses (we use Databricks SQL) and have hands on experience working with Python, API calls
• Prior experiences in an analytics role, preferably in one or more of the following business subject areas: games, finance/blockchain, marketing, sales, product, customer success
