The Position

As a Sales Executive you will manage account and ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory & Product lines, assist District Sales Manager in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Your opportunity

• Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
• Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
• Develop and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
• Proactive and creative solve problems in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
• Coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
• Work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Have Bachelor in Health/Science
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of diagnostics and pharmaceuticals Sales for HCP (preferred in the diabetes)
• Have effective communication and interpersonal skill
• Have creative problem solving and negotiation skill
• Have customer complaint handling skill
