Job description

- Act as key role running Strategy projects and manage portfolio projects within department and project assigned by BOD & CEO
- Plan the design, development and delivery of approved projects / programs including analyzing project requirements, planning product development; controlling, monitoring project progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule within project's budget, guiding compliance with the process and regulations during project implementation.
- Lead project members from both internal and/ or external various departments to effectively complete projects / programs.
- Timely solve issues in daily standup meeting with IT, Product team along with other stakeholders
- Identify, manage, monitoring and controlling technical, product, financial and operational risks and issues to figure out solution and monitoring until they are solved
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of project for technical activities and ensuring projects are smoothly operated
- Conduct project reporting, ensure that the change management and control processes comply with the project management standards and procedures of PMO department
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Supporting line manager to develop new project if any
- Daily report to line manager about processing project
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager

Your skills and experience

- Bachelor's Degree or above

- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing IT projects under Waterfall / Agile / Scrum model (Prefer candidates with experience in managing Web, Native App, CMS projects)

- Experience in managing medium or large sized projects across multiple disciplines and/or teams
- Candidates with certification in Scrum / Agile project management are preferred.
- Experience working in e-Wallet / Payment Gateway / Banking / Financial institution is a plus
