We are seeking an experienced Junior HR to join our Spartan Team. This position will focus primarily on recruitment and hiring activities (60%) and will also involve supporting various HR functions, including employee onboarding, training, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition and HR operations, eager to contribute to the development of a positive and effective workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring (60%)

• Talent Sourcing: Use various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Job Postings: Write and post job advertisements for open positions across multiple platforms.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Offer Management: Coordinate and extend job offers to selected candidates and handle pre-employment documentation.
• Hiring Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate evaluations and interview feedback.

2. HR Administration & Support (40%)

• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
• HR Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documents.
• Training Support: Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions for employees.
• Employee Engagement: Assist with employee engagement initiatives and surveys to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or recruitment role
• Experience with recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ITviec, etc.) is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Notion
• Good English communication skills
