Mô tả Công việc
- Contribute to the development of the annual HSE&S plan. Ensure completion of the annual HSE&S action plan and review the system to comply with the legal, other requirements and specialist audit.
- Coordinating and monitoring the implementation and compliance of OHS management system within the company. Along with line management, spend time on the shop floor and act as a role model for ensuring compliance with and commitment to the HSE&S Policy, Rules & Procedures and legal requirements.
- Revise/compile HSE&S procedures to meet corporate/legal requirements. Identify high risk activities at site, reviewing control measures to the risk at acceptable level and monitoring control measure implementation.
- Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances, incident investigations, follow the proposed corrective action and assure the quality of implementation taken.
- Participating in conducting training for critical HSE&S procedures and validation for understanding. Safety induction for newcomers & contractor/visitor/supplier.
- Environment managed/monitoring as EIA approved, assessment for improvement actions.
- Collect and review the sustainability reported data and use it to set improvement targets.
- Emergency response. Assist ERT commander to create and execute Emergency response plan.
- Make sure the timely reporting of all incidents related to Health, safety, environment, damages to stakeholders and carry out incident investigations.
- Control document of HSE&S management system. Ensure that all relevant records to be kept accurately.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate - Major in Safety/Environment/Chemical or relevant are prefferable
- Qualification in integrated management system ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Qualification in SMETA/CSR, 5S is advantage.
- Qualification in OHS safety (group 2), OHS trainer/lead auditor is advantage.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as HSE team leader or similar role within manufacturing in a multinational company, particularly in the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE&S management systems and relevant local legislation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read & understand specialized English, basic communication.
- Prefer candidates used to work for factories located in Binh Duong province
Main working place: based on Binh Duong
Work 5 days per week (3 days for Binh Duong site; 2 days for HCM site (transportation provided))
