• Collaborate with the technical team to implement Proof of Concept (PoC) for customers in the System and ELV fields.
• Advise and implement System, Network, Firewall, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems for customer projects.
• Conduct surveys and prepare BOQ/BOM for technical solutions related to Hardware, OS, Applications, and ELV systems (CCTV/ACS/PA) during implementation and post-implementation services.
• Prepare technical documents, proposed technical solutions, and bidding documents for projects.
• Write technical documents and explain project solutions.
• Collect and analyze technical issues related to the system’s hardware and software.
• Research, evaluate, and apply new IT solutions from leading technology providers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduated from a university with a major in Information Technology, Polytechnic, Electronics and Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
•  At least 2 years of experience in the role of IT project presales, with a desire to develop in the direction of IT solution consulting for customers.
• English: Good communication skills and the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
• IT proficiency: Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, PLI, or equivalent.

System Expertise:

• Knowledge of infrastructure solutions for system applications and databases.
• Strong understanding of product lines such as Server, Blade Server, Storage, NAS, and Tape Drive from brands like HPE, Dell, Cisco, and Synology (advantageous).
• Solid knowledge of the Windows Server operating system.
• Strong understanding of virtualization systems such as VMWARE and Hyper-V (preferred).
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems (preferred).

Network Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of network services and devices from Cisco/Meraki or HPE/Aruba, etc.
• Strong knowledge of various Firewall services and devices.
• Ability to provide technical consulting and present solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in team management.

ELV Systems Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems.
