Location: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh
Job Description:
Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process for assigned positions, ensuring timely fulfillment with suitable candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment: Engage in the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer stage, including job advertisement creation, CV screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer package delivery.
Candidate Engagement: Meet with walk-in applicants, address inquiries from candidates, managers, and external agencies, and maintain active communication throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
Online Recruitment Utilization: Leverage online recruitment platforms and manage relationships with recruitment agencies to attract and source top-tier talent.
University and Event Coordination: Collaborate with educational institutions and events to target and engage prospective hires.
Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks such as onboarding new staff, preparing offer documents, and coordinating document transfers to the Compensation and Benefits team.Bachelor's degree holder.
Excellent communication skills.
At least 1 year experience at the same position
Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking.
Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
