Job description
1.Brand Mastery:
- Conduct brand audits, ensuring strict adherence to standards.
- Guide the team, fostering a cohesive brand story.
- Stay updated on market trends for brand enhancement.
2.Regional Communication :
- Develop offline communication strategies.
- Collaborate with teams and agencies for compelling materials.
- Monitor and improve campaigns with data-driven insights.
3. Event & activation management:
- Lead events based on business needs.
4.Local Partnership & Sponsorship :
- Identify partnerships aligned with brand goals.
- Foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Optimize partnerships, monitoring performance.
5.Leadership :
- Guide a dynamic team of over 25 with steadfast support.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a leader role is required
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership skills and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to plan and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in event management or activation.
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
