The successful candidate will oversee the below activities:
• In charge of building the strategic buying plan for the assigned category.
• Market research, historical data analysis.
• Monitor and analyze business performance.
• Merchandise allocation.
• Inventory Management.
• Plan and deliver merchandise to stores across Vietnam.
• Communicate with business partners in HQ.
Job Description
- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
- Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget.
- Follow closely sales seasons, events, new arrivals of the market to optimize stock level.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentation of the brand when needed frequency.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
- Monitor and apply various merchandising methods and ensure increase in productivity.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipments.
- For retail: Manage product allocation to stores, and monitoring item replenishment in order to ensure products availability in stores.
- Master file management.
- Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Other: Support global procurement initiatives and deliver solutions to improve and streamline the processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- More than 3-year experience in international merchandising/ procurement.
- Working experience in Fashion / Sport Retail industry is a must.
- Knowledgeable in development and execution of procurement and procedures to a high standard as well as a basic knowledge of supplier relationship management process.
- Display excellent presentation and communication skills with a particular ability to influence and negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus.
- Having good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Về EFIS ENGLISH – HANOI FREE PRIVATE TOUR GUIDE -(CLB dẫn tour cho người nước ngoài)
Được thành lập chính thức vào ngày 09/12/2015, EFIS English – Hanoi Free Private Tour Guide (EFIS-HNFPTG) là tổ chức giáo dục đầu tiên ở Việt Nam đã kết hợp thành công việc đạo tạo Tiếng Anh với việc đi dẫn tour (miễn phí) cho khách du lịch nước ngoài.
Thông qua Tiếng Anh và kiến thức nền tảng được đào tạo một cách bài bản tại EFIS-HNFPTG, các học viên sẽ có đủ năng lực để TỰ TIN NÓI CHUYỆN với khách du lịch nước ngoài – những người đến từ các quốc gia phát triển, có tri thức, được hấp thụ nền giáo dục tiên tiến và hầu hết đều sử dụng Tiếng Anh như ngôn ngữ thứ nhất của mình.
Ngược lại, thông qua việc dẫn tour miễn phí cho khách du lịch nước ngoài, được đắm chìm trong môi trường NÓI và NGHĨ bằng Tiếng Anh (sẽ không có thời gian để dịch từ Tiếng Việt sang Tiếng Anh trong giao tiếp thực tế), các học viên, thêm một lần nữa, sẽ củng cố thêm kỹ năng Tiếng Anh của mình. Đồng thời, việc dẫn tour cũng giúp các bạn mở rộng vốn kiến thức về mọi lĩnh vực trong cuộc sống, về thế giới, các quốc gia, và vùng lãnh thổ khác.
Tất cả những việc làm ở trên sẽ góp phần hướng tới mục tiêu của chúng tôi là: “Tất cả những ai đến EFIS-HNFPTG, không phân biệt năng lực, giới tính, tuổi tác đều sẽ trở thành những CÔNG DÂN TOÀN CẦU, có vốn hiểu biết rộng và kiến thức nền tảng vững vàng, sử dụng thành thạo Tiếng Anh, từ đó sẽ có có đủ năng lực để cạnh tranh với bạn bè trên khắp thế giới”.
