As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering value to our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver features that meet customer needs and enhance our product offerings.

Your skills and experience

Responsibilities:

• Gather product requirements from stakeholders like customers, management, and employees
• Define and maintain product backlog by prioritizing features, stories, and updates
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility
• Create, communicate, and maintain product roadmaps and release plans
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with dev teams
• Measure product success through KPIs and product analytics
• Present product strategy, vision, and plans to senior leadership
• Own product quality, set performance and usability standards, and assess again

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in software development
• Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and software development processes
• Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of software architecture and technologies
• Ability to gather and evaluate complex product requirements
• Hands-on experience with product/project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Passion for user experience and product usability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually about product direction and vision
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
