We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI for our clients. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, peers, and managers to develop innovative campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ad operations.
• Knowledge of ad serving technologies and advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales principles and best practices.
• Experience in the mobile app marketing industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with coding languages and programmatic ad platforms is a plus.
