- To process documents in account receivable, account payable and general ledger or equivalent.
- Submission of monthly trial balance, P&L and Balance sheet.
- Monthly submission to parent company through online portal as per agreed deadlines.
- To manage and submit all statutory /management reporting and ad hoc reporting in a timely manner.
- Timely collection and tracking of all ages debtors, including issuance of invoices, collection of cash, maintaining client relationship.
- Timely payment and tracking of all ages payables, including payment of petty cash, supplier
invoices, 3rd party suppliers.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of all treasury accounts, incl Bank, Credit Card and Petty Cash and inter company accounts.
- Payment of monthly payroll. Ensuring all tax and pension obligations are met and paid on time.
- Assist annual country audit and be the main contact for all queries & reporting.
- To book & take ownership of all depreciation, issues of credit/debit note, inter-companies and non BAU accounting reporting.

- Must possess at least diploma/Advance/Graduate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- +2 years Finance Experience
- Experience in using Xero or similar online platform is preferred
- Able to communicate at all level
- Self Starter and proactive
