We are looking for a Business Director to lead and drive the business growth in the Hanoi Market. The ideal candidate will be a high-impact leader with a proven track record in business development, client management, and enterprise sales. They will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and positioning Aleph as a trusted partner in product design and engineering space. This role requires a dynamic and results driven leader who can align business strategies with client needs, foster high-level partnerships, drive revenue growth and inspire teams to deliver world-class solutions. The Business Director will work closely with the leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory in Hanoi.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand Aleph’s presence and market share in Hanoi, Vietnam.
● Identify and close new opportunities within the FSI (Financial Services & Insurance) sector expanding our client base in Hanoi.
● Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
● Lead and manage client relationships with a focus on enterprise-level accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
● Identify, pursue, and close large-scale deals, leveraging deep industry knowledge and strategic insights.
● Represent our expertise in product design and engineering to prospective clients, clearly articulating our value proposition.
● Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, solutions, and contracts.
● Act as the face of our Hanoi operations, working closely with regional leadership to align strategy and execution.
● Report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business performance metrics to senior leadership.
Prerequisites
● 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
● Proven experience in business development within digital design and engineering space.
● Strong track record in account management and maintaining long term client relationships.
● Experienced in hunting and farming FSI sector clients. Understanding of financial services and insurance industry dynamics is a plus.
● Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, manage, and scale teams.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
● Deep understanding of the Hanoi market and the ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
● Fluent in English and Vietnamese (preferred).
● Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
