This role is to develop and implement an effective communication plan to internal and external stakeholders including customers for Operations Division, including reinforcing division’s vision and mission, key business milestones and achievements, employee and customer events, etc., to increase employee and customer engagement across divisions and geographies.
Internal Communication: responsible for leading and implementing communication strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant messaging, supporting management communications, and preparing and reviewing content for internal and external communications
Staff engagement: involves developing and executing employee engagement activities, following up on action items from internal meetings, and acting as an Employee Engagement Ambassador to improve the working environment and promote a positive workforce.
Customer communication: responsible for leading and implementing communication strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant messaging, and preparing and reviewing content for customer communications keeping in mind “customer is our compass”.
Internal Communication
- Be accountable and responsible for leading Operations division to plan and implement the communication strategy effectively and consistently to internal and external stakeholders, such as staffs within and outside Operations division, Top Leader Team and staffs of General Agency office, Transaction office, Sales office
- complying with PVA’s policies and standards
- Plays a key role in creating and driving management communications, working with Operations’s leadership team to ensure the right messages to be delivered
- Prepare message or scripts from Chief Operations Officer for internal presentation in written or spoken form
- Plan, edit, and/or review content and layout for a variety of internal and external communications mediums, such as memorandum, email bulletin, employee Q&A, etc
- Develop and execute employee engagements including, but not limited to, kick-off meeting at the beginning of the year (for around 400 employees), events, regular meetings with management team and employees, open dialogue for employees.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholder(s) on action items raised by employees in internal meetings and/or open dialogue ensuring these are properly addressed and followed up.
- Play the role as Employee Engagement Ambassador at Operations Division through collaborating with PVA Engagement team to implement timely the actions at the division; taking lead initiatives to improve the working environment at the division; promoting a positive unified workforce in the process.
