What you do:

End-to-End Coordination: Plan and coordinate material procurement, production scheduling, and shipping to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Control ERP Product data
• Master Scheduling: Confer with relevant parties to establish a production master plan based on customer delivery requirements
• Execution and Monitoring:
  • Maintain feasible production plan, closely work with Operation to execute planning
  • Monitor actual performance and drive action, implement recovery plan to meet On-Time Delivery
• Capacity Management: Monitor machine capacity and drive process changes as needed to ensure sufficient resources are available
• Minimize excessive material
• Monitor and drive planning metrics

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Technical knowledge:
  • Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP
  • Advances PC skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, operation instructions, and procedure manuals
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in production and material planning
• Soft Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities (dealing with problems involving several concrete variables)
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts (volume, proportions, utilization, percentages)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to speak effectively to groups and write routine reports
  • Strong common sense and the ability to apply instructions effectively
