As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage CI∕CD pipelines for multiple projects.

• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications and infrastructure.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.

• Develop and maintain scripts to automate common tasks and workflows.

• Ensure security best practices are followed in infrastructure and application deployments.

• Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and support.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Collaborate on capacity planning and optimization of resources.

• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

Other responsibilities (under 30% workload):

• Manage device provisioning and configuration, including PC kitting and OS setup.

• Handle inventory management and repair/maintenance coordination.

• Provide technical support during international business trips.

• Maintain networking hardware and manage the company’s VPN.

• Oversee incident handling, including PC loss and security protocol execution.

• 1-2 years of experience in operating Nix OSes on servers and utilizing Linux as the main OS on a personal Laptop∕PC.

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, GitLab CI∕CD).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and application environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Available for off-hour support.

Preferred Requirements
Having any of the following requirements is a plus:

• Experience with MySQL∕PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Experience with Node.js (Parse, Adonis.js, NestJS)

• Agile mindset in product development.

• Proficiency in English∕Japanese.

• Certification in DevOps-related technologies.
