Journey so far: Having started in July 2020, BrightChamps is one of the fastest growing EdTech companies, globally. Our strong PMF, coupled with our remarkable execution, have translated into fast growth. Our growth is also attributed to the academy, conducting more than 0.1 million classes every month and the customer revenue directly funnelling into our growth.

Our growth curve gained traction from global marquee investors, including GSV Ventures (USA), Premji Invest (India), Binny Bansal (Flipkart founder), BEENEXT (Singapore). Valued at half a billion, in little more than a year, we raised funding of 63 million USD from these Tier 1 investors.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Training

• Plan and work with Head of Sales for weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly activities to drive sales and re-sales
• Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly to train/coach staff in department

2. New sales and repurchase management

• Monitor sales and re-sales performance daily
• Monitor conversion rate (visitors – placement tests- sales) daily
• Follow up bookings daily
• Cooperate with other training centers to maximize sales and re-sales for the company
• Monitor telesales activities at the center

3. Coordination with Marketing

• Online Marketing: work with Digital Marketing team to come up with ideas about the optimal Paid Marketing Strategy, involving, Paid Social (Facebook and local social media)
• Offline and Integrated Marketing: development of localized marketing plans, materials, and tools to drive enrolments; cooperation with centers for events; public relations.

4. Customer satisfaction

• Coaching and training team members at the center 
• Conduct Workshop/Training for sales and care team

5. School partnership

• Visit schools to build relationships and organize events to generate leads
• Monitor school contracts to make sure deliver good service to the students

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to think independently, thoroughly, and critically in fast-paced contexts
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from local, national, and international constituencies
• Excellent communication and creative-thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
• Ability to foster collaboration and trust, and inspire others to high levels of performance
