Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Training
- Plan and work with Head of Sales for weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly activities to drive sales and re-sales
- Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly to train/coach staff in department
2. New sales and repurchase management
- Monitor sales and re-sales performance daily
- Monitor conversion rate (visitors – placement tests- sales) daily
- Follow up bookings daily
- Cooperate with other training centers to maximize sales and re-sales for the company
- Monitor telesales activities at the center
3. Coordination with Marketing
- Online Marketing: work with Digital Marketing team to come up with ideas about the optimal Paid Marketing Strategy, involving, Paid Social (Facebook and local social media)
- Offline and Integrated Marketing: development of localized marketing plans, materials, and tools to drive enrolments; cooperation with centers for events; public relations.
4. Customer satisfaction
- Coaching and training team members at the center
- Conduct Workshop/Training for sales and care team
5. School partnership
- Visit schools to build relationships and organize events to generate leads
- Monitor school contracts to make sure deliver good service to the students
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Ability to think independently, thoroughly, and critically in fast-paced contexts
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from local, national, and international constituencies
- Excellent communication and creative-thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Ability to foster collaboration and trust, and inspire others to high levels of performance
