ICONIC's client - FDI Real estate company in Hanoi is looking for Leasing Staff. With the salary up to 20,000,000 VND Gross. The main duties as below:

Job Description

• Responsible for the leasing issues of designated companies in group
• Lead full cycle leasing process including introduction, negotiation, lease agreement, handover and support customer services regarding the designated companies' properties.
• Conduct market research of potential clients, competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Identify and prospect potential tenants through various channels, including online listings, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
• Prepare and maintain leasing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and follow with internal teams and tenant to complete related contractual documentation.
• Establish and build networking channels/relationship with potential partners, tenants and agents: Follow up with prospective tenants to convert leads into signed leases.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns in a professional manner. Assist with tenant move-ins and orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the property.
• Other tasks as assigned by Leasing manager and HOD.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experiences in leasing tenants either in office or shopping mall
• English (advanced) internal communication and external communication with a foreign company.
