JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing and developing real estate leasing activities, ensuring the highest occupancy rate for the Group's office and commercial center projects.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tenant Management:

·      Execute leasing contract procedures with tenants.

·      Maintain and update the tenant list.

·      Manage related documents and files, coordinate debt monitoring with tenants and agents.

Agent Management:

·      Develop and maintain relationships with office and commercial leasing agents.

·      Monitor agents' activities to ensure effectiveness in tenant acquisition.

Ensuring Occupancy Rate:

Implement strategies and measures to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates for projects.

Market Research and Proposals:

·      Conduct market research, rental price surveys, lease terms, and relevant policies.

·      Propose pricing policies and lease conditions aligned with market trends and the Group's business strategies.

Tenant Support:

·      Address tenant inquiries during the pre-contract phase.

·      Coordinate with the operations management department to support tenants after contract signing.

Reporting and Business Proposals:

·      Prepare periodic reports on leasing activities and market conditions.

·      Propose business solutions to improve leasing efficiency.

Other Duties:

Perform other tasks and reporting as required by the Unit Head.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the real estate sector, especially in office leasing.

Knowledge and Skills:

·      In-depth understanding of real estate and office leasing markets.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·      Strong time management and organizational skills.

·      Proficient in office computing software.

·      Good English communication skills are an advantage.

·      Friendly, honest, and meticulous.

·      Quick learner, proactive, and able to handle high work pressure.
