About Sales And Business Development:
Sales and Business Development are a group of explorers, always looking for your next favorite adventure. We work with businesses on the ground to find new experiences for our users, negotiate exclusive deals and unleash our merchant partner’s full potential through account management.
What you’ll do :
- Sales Planning and Execution: Create and deliver complex sales pitches to prospective merchants, to establish new destinations and/or verticals for Klook. Negotiate with new merchants to ensure they will be successful upon joining the platform (onboarding standards, supply strength metrics, etc) to help surpass goals. Ability to formulate scalable sales strategies for the vertical/region.
- Sales Acquisition and Pipeline Management: Identify ideal suppliers to join the Klook platform to expand offerings. Develop, manage, and nurture a robust acquisition pipeline to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Destination/Vertical Ownership: Effectively manage a designated destination and/or vertical by gathering key insights, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing Klook
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives aimed at achieving supply strength metrics goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Management and Development: Lead, coach, and cultivate growth within the BD team to achieve business and key supply strength metric targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development related environment, E-commerce or OTAs is a plus.
- Advanced Sales Techniques: Advanced proficiency in diverse sales techniques including sophisticated negotiation strategies, consultative selling, strategic deal structuring, and relationship management at a senior level, crucial for driving significant growth and securing large-scale partnerships.
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Extensive experience in identifying strategic opportunities, nurturing relationships, and strategically managing sales pipelines at a senior level to drive sustainable business growth and achieve ambitious targets.
- Strategic Vision and Planning: Capacity to think strategically, develop long-term plans, and drive strategic initiatives at a senior level to capitalize on market opportunities, address challenges, and achieve ambitious business goals.
- Commercial mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit to connect all pieces together and grow business as a 'company' rather than an isolated BU. A fast learner with high degree of persistence and resourcefulness to get things done. Sensitive to real world trends and willing to experiment.

- Năm 2008, CTCP Chứng khoán Nhất Việt (VFS) được thành lập với số vốn điều lệ ban đầu là 135 tỷ đồng
- Năm 2017, Thành lập Chi nhánh Hà Nội tại Lầu 9B, Tòa nhà Sentinel Place (nay là Leadvisors Place), 41A Lý Thái Tổ, quận Hoàn Kiếm, TP Hà Nội
- Năm 2018, Công ty thực hiện tăng vốn điều lệ từ 135 tỷ đồng lên 200 tỷ đồng. Chuyển trụ sở về địa chỉ Lầu 1, Số 117 – 119 – 121 Nguyễn Du, Phường Bến Thành, Quận 1, TP Hồ Chí Minh
- Năm 2019, Công ty thực hiện tăng vốn điều lệ từ 200 tỷ đồng lên 410 tỷ đồng
- Năm 2020, Được Trung tâm Lưu ký Chứng khoán Việt Nam cấp Giấy Chứng nhận đăng ký chứng khoán. Đăng ký lần đầu 41.000.000 cổ phiếu trên sàn UPCoM + Chính thức đưa vào sử dụng hệ thống phần mềm giao dịch vào quản lý chứng khoán VGAIA từ Nhật Bản. Nhận Giấy đăng ký kinh doanh bổ sung ngành nghề Bảo lãnh phát hành chứng khoán.
- Năm 2021, Được công nhận là thành viên giao dịch công cụ nợ của Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội.Tăng vốn điều lệ từ 410 tỷ đồng lên 802,5 tỷ đồng.
- Năm 2022, Được Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh cấp Giấy CNĐKDN thay đổi lần thứ 6. Chi nhánh Hà Nội được di dời đến địa điểm mới: Tầng 05, Số 37 Bà Triệu, Phường Hàng Bài, Quận Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội
