Job description:

• Conduct market research, new partner/ competitor evaluation and approach
• Understand Geniee’s services from an intellectual and applied perspective; transfer that knowledge to clients;
• Keep track on performance of current demand partners assigned and provide reasonable adjustment to keep them in uptrend
• Conduct tests on new products and services provided by product team or 3rd party
• Initiate and manage new businesses 
• Co-ordinate with other teams (Sales, Ops, etc.) for projects and meet individual and team’s KPI
• Complete other tasks assigned from leader/ manager

Job requirement:

• Native or Business English is a must
• General knowledge about online marketing/ digital advertising/ ad-tech
• Have at least 6 months’ experience as a tester for either websites or mobile apps
• B2B sales experience is plus
• Experience in online ad-ops and/or campaign management within ad network/digital media agency/online publisher is plus

• Interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative and integrity
• Multiple tasks management skills and flexibility
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated to try new and challenging tasks

Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday

Employment Package:  

• Salary: $500 – $700
• Laptop for work provided
• Social, public health and unemployment insurance as defined in the Labor Code 
• PTI insurance for staff and 1 family member
• 12 days’ annual leave and 1 birthday leave
• Salary review: twice per financial year
• Half-year bonus: up to 100% of monthly gross salary
