Mô tả Công việc
· Oversee all aspects of accounting functions, ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the accounting records and compliance with Vietnam accounting standards and Group accounting policies.
· Balance sheet controls: oversee general ledgers control and period-end closing tasks.
· Ensure good preparation of all audit / review schedules and review of the books and records with an outside audit team that has been appointed by the BOD.
· Compliance with effective tax regulations: design and execute financial processes to ensure company transactions are compliant with tax regulations.
· Coordinate with tax authorities to ensure full compliance of financial reporting and data submission in accordance to Vietnam tax law and accounting regulations.
· Audit and compliance: coordinate with internal/ external auditors, ensure no major findings from the reviews.
· Organize and ensure adequate preservation and storage of all accounting documents.
· Advise and propose solutions in tax, accounting for arising operations.
· Manage and develop team members (>10 members).Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Qualification:
· Major in Finance & Accounting.
· CPA/ACCA or equivalent would be a big advantage.
2. Knowledge:
· Understand basic and advance accounting principles VAS & IFRS.
3. Experience:
· At least 5 years' experiences as Finance or Accounting manager level.
· Experience in Retail companies is a plus.
4. Skill/ competence:
· Good at Microsoft offices, Outlook, ERP system (Oracle is preferred)
· Problem-solving and time management skill.
· Strong management and leadership skills.
· Good English speaking & writing skills.
· Keen to drive changes via automation and system integrations to improve efficiency and productivity.Laptop
