Mô tả công việc
- Identify and engage potential vendors for barter deals, including luxury hotels, F&B agencies, and marketing material producers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate mutually beneficial exchanges.
- Negotiate barter agreements that leverage the Forbes Vietnam ecosystem to maximize benefits for both parties.
- Manage barter budgets effectively, ensuring optimal value generation for clients and the business.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance barter deals and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align barter agreements with event and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of barter deals, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate barter and vendor negotiations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven knowledge and experience in corporate barter.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably with media, and advertising experience.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing barter deals.
- Strong network of B2B clients and industry contacts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative barter solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
