Have shuttle bus form Vung Tau and Bien Hoa to Phu My-BRVT

I. JOB PURPOSE

Organizing and monitoring the stock in, stock out and storage of spare parts/ supplies and chemicals according to the required conditions.

II. MAIN DUTIES

- Receiving and storage of spare parts/ supplies and chemicals in the warehouse effectively.

- Outputting the spare parts/supplies and chemicals according to the orders and following FEFO (First Expired, First Out) or FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

- Conducting stocktaking and submitting inventory reports to the Line manager daily.

- Control spare parts/supplies and chemicals inventory and daily and report

- Ensure all spare parts storage in correct bin location with SAP system

- Control safety and firefighting, 5S in spare parts store and chemicals store.

- Coordinate with team to control warehouse activities smoothly.

- Asist Warehouse supervisor controlling RM/PM, assets and safety issues in Spare parts store and chemicals store.

- Proposal to improve warehouse performance activities to meet KPIs

III. BENEFIT

• Working hours: in non-shift from Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00). Only work on Saturday in emergencies.

• Work at Factory Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau

• Annual leaves: 15 days per year

• Sick leaves: 4 days per year

1. Education Background

College degree or above.

2. Requirements

- Male, under 35 years old

- 2-3 years Spare parts, chemicals warehouse management

- Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau

- Proficient in Office Software, especially Excel, SAP system, having a forklift driver's license is a plus

- Have a high sense of responsibility and proactiveness in work. Honest, cautious, diligent, able to work in a team
