Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Hanoi, with some work-from-home and travelling flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve company growth targets. Daily tasks include market research, sales forecasting, preparing business proposals, and reporting on business development activities to senior management. Other monthly and quaterly review of the business plan to adapt with changing market conditions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams as well as Oversea Partners and Suppliers to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales strategies, and market research
• Strong client relationship management and networking skills
• Ability to develop strategic business proposals and forecasts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the mechanical processing or advanced industrial solutions sector is a plus
• Proficient communication skill in English/ Korea/ Chinese is an advantage
