System Integration Test Engineer Search

We are looking for a talented and motivated System Integration Test Engineer to join our team, with a focus on system integration testing in 5G base station system testing. The ideal candidate will have experience testing wireless communication systems, particularly 5G, and strong expertise with integrated testing instruments. Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration Testing: Design, develop, and execute system integration tests for 5G telecommunications systems, ensuring the performance and functionality of the integrated components.
• Test Design & Execution: Independently create detailed test cases and test plans, execute tests, and analyze results to identify system issues or performance discrepancies.
• Testing Instruments: Use 5G wireless integrated testers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other 5G testing instruments to assess system performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Write clear and concise test reports, documenting test procedures, findings, and recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and development teams, to resolve issues and ensure the successful integration of system components.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure that testing and procedures align with industry standards, such as 3GPP, and regulatory requirements for wireless communication.
• Additional Opportunity for Onsite Candidates: We also welcome candidates interested in onsite opportunities abroad (in Japan or Malaysia). The salary for positions in Japan will be negotiated after the interview process.

• Experience: Experience in system integration testing, with a preference for candidates with experience in the 5G telecommunications field.
• English Proficiency: Proficient in English for workplace communication.
• Knowledge of Standards: Familiar with wireless telecommunications standards, especially 3GPP, and a deep understanding of 5G technology.
• Technical Expertise: Skilled in using 5G wireless integrated testers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other testing instruments.
• Testing Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, with the ability to independently design, execute, and document tests.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and performance issues in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network architecture and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Fixed Salary: Upto 60M ( Negotiable )
