As the Content Marketing Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies that engage our target audience, promote our brand, and drive conversions. You will lead a team of talented content marketers, oversee campaign execution, and analyze data to optimize performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product Strategy and Planning
- Research and keep track of e-commerce market movement
- Identify viral product trends on multiple platforms & marketplace, build product portfolio from team members to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns industry trends and customer needs.
- Mastermind a content calendar that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in.
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 - 7 content marketing professionals.
- Set clear goals and expectations, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
Content Creation and Distribution
- Oversee the production of top-tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw-dropping websites.
- Keep a keen eye on content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creators to make visually arresting content.
Analytics and Performance Optimization
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to track, analyze, and report on content marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled
- Competed and won competitions when in university is also a plus
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content marketing. Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- A history of climbing the ranks, from Junior Content Specialist or Junior Content Writer to leading content marketing squads. We love to see growth!
- Proven experience in media campaign creation for multiple brands and products
Skills and Qualifications:
- Results-oriented mindset, consistently driving for measurable outcomes and contributing to the overall marketing objectives.
- A wordsmith with solid copywriting and editing skills, you can weave tales for any audience.
- You're a project juggler, with the talent to handle multiple balls in the air, prioritizing tasks, and never missing a deadline.
- Your creative juices never stop flowing, and you're always ready with captivating content ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder management.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
