All matters relating to Office Leasing Advisory department (“OLA”) as designated by Head of OLA or Line Manager (“LM”) which is subject to change without notice, and includes, but not limited to the following:
- “Main role” To support team with general administration duties;
- Proactively approach Tenants to seek correct contact points;
- Arrange for discussion meetings between senior team members and prospective clients;
- To grow experience and then to consult and advise market’s Tenant (or “Occupier”) Office Renewal or Relocate projects;
- Constantly update MarketLink system with lease information regarding to the Tenants’ office leases
- Meet weekly Tenant approaching targets set by LM (subject to change in accordance to the LM’s instructions without notice);
- Achieve Quarterly and Annual Revenue Billing targets as set by LM;
- Participate in all kinds of marketing activities related to the JLL Vietnam (“company”);
- Participate in all necessary out-of-business hour calls, both internally within the company and with JLL’s clients to represent the company;
- To work and deliver by deadlines on all other tasks as designated by LM;
