Mô tả công việc
• The Driver has the responsibility to keep his car perfectly clean inside & outside at all times.
• The Driver needs to ensure the good work of his vehicle & must report to the (Chief) Concierge /Head Driver of any maintenance work, which is needed.
• The Driver must have a perfect grooming at all times according to the established standards.
• The Driver must have a dynamic & positive attitude as hotel representative outside the premises.
• The Driver must remain available to assist the Bellboys when he has some spare time during his shift, & on the request of the (Chief) Concierge.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Relations
• Maintain good working relationship with all colleagues within the section and Department as a whole.
• To be responsible for adhering to Sofitel Metropole Hanoi staff rules and regulations as detailed in the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi staff handbook.
Replacement and temporary mission
To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform in an emergency or difficult situation as required by Management from time to time.
Security Issues
The Driver has to know his duties & responsibility in the eventuality of fire.
Administration

Guest Service Responsibilities
• The Driver must keep the standards of his car up to established standards at all times. He prepares the drink list and cold towels to each guest as soon as he enters the car. He asks if the temperature and the music are fine with the guests. (Music is always set up “Lounge music)
• The Driver must drive safely, respect the traffic regulations, speed limits and must follow strictly the itineraries requested by the (Chef) Concierge.
• The Driver need to use the telephone cable for any incoming call when the guest is in the car.
• The Driver must have a good knowledge of the city in order to communicate those information to the guests during the trip (on the guest’s wish).
• The Driver must have a good knowledge of the hotel services & food promotions in order to communicate these information to the guests during the trip (on the guest’s wish)
• The Driver coordinates with both the Concierge & Head Driver to be kept updated on the limousine booking status, flight details & flight status. He has the responsibility not to keep the guest waiting at the airport or at the hotel, and to ensure his full trip satisfaction. Consequently he should check with the guest if the car temperature is suitable, if the guest would like some music & should be in alert if the guest has any question or any request.
