1. Purchasing

• Follow up orders from CS and check the in-house production capacity to decide to produce inhouse or outsource to suppliers and manage tracking.
• Create & manage PO in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on- time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
• Manage updated layout and send to Production/ Supplier
• Follow up and ensure smooth production process and resolve problems
• To response and ensure the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
• Periodically analyze and adjust lot sizes and lead times based upon sale demands and production apacity.

2. Planning

• Manage outsourced and in-house order production and tracking
• Ensure goods delivery on time
• Production planning, material planning, resource planning
• Direct production planning and control activities. Optimize production processes and schedules to meet production and shipping objectives
• Control capacity of each production lines, and liaise with production dept for production schedule
• Monitor actual production and inventory in order to better plan, interpret variances, and correct problems as necessary to meet customer commitments
• Based on inventory & production plans, make plans for Purchasing of: raw materials, packaging materials and other items in Bill of Material (BOM)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 2 years experienced in production planning; experience in printing / packaging industry is preferable
• Bachelor’s degree/College degree.
• Expertise in Excel
•  Good at Microsoft office
• Strong communication & good problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
