JOB DESCRIPTIONWith a presence in Japan, India, the US, Singapore, and Vietnam, we seek a QA Manager with 10+ years in Quality Assurance, particularly in B2B SaaS. The role demands experience in cloud-based automated testing, proficiency in Cypress, JavaScript, TypeScript, and familiarity with modern automation technologies.Responsibility
Lead quality assurance across all product aspects, ensuring top-notch software delivery.
Manage and mentor team of engineers, focusing on personnel development, training, and evaluation.
Define and implement quality strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate across teams to embed quality in the development process.
Innovate and improve testing methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.Proficiency in spoken English is required to collaborate with international stakeholders.
10+ years in automated testing for cloud-hosted SaaS, with 2+ years experience of similar position.
Expertise in Cypress, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in product companies and agile environments preferred.At least 15 annual days of a year
