Mô tả Công việc
Purpose
1. Contribute to the profitable growth of Kao Vietnam Chemical Division.
2. Render the support to sales & marketing by smooth and good communication with customers and internal teams.
3. Render the general affair support to the related teams.
Scope
Financial
1. Achieve sales and profit target by budget and previous year.
2. Summarize sales and profit report figures extracted from SAP system.
3. Provide cost simulation summary for logistics costs.
Non-Financial
1. Render administrative support to the team and Kao group members.
2. Be a good coodinator between customers and the team.
3. Render a secretarial service to the Vice President Chemical.
Decision-Making
1. Obtain and summarize enough information to the supervisor (Vice President, or Managers) for their correct decision making.
2. Provide support to obtain and summarize the information for the team members asking their supervisors for decision making.
Tasks
Administrative support in accounting scope including but not limiting to the following: 40%
- generate various sales reports by extracting data from SAP, collecting information from sales
- support for annual budget and quarterly EST (estimation) input in SAP
- update and maintain the various raw material price tables
- support for simulation of logistics cost and find TCR for price quotations
Administrative support in sales activities including but not limiting to the following: 40%
- email or phone communications with customers for sales orders, logistics, and other requests
- receive PO and get sign to reply to customers, input SO in SAP, send shipping documents to customers, arrange deliveries communicating with internal related teams and customers
- coordinate sales meetings: arrange meeting rooms and facilities
- sample arrangements: from Vietnam to overseas, vice versa
- business trip arrangements: flight search, hotel accomodations
Administrative support in general affairs including but not limiting to the following: 20%
- coordination for visitors: schedule managements, hotel accomodations, meetings arrangements, restaurant reservations.
- maintain office supply inventories: purchase requisition, prompt replenishment, cost comparison of alternative sources, etc.
- arrange and manage inventory of Kao products gifts for customersYêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum requirements
- Education: Preferred university graduated degree, English, standard accounting
- Job-related experience:Preferred at least 3 years experience working as sales administration or logistics, procurement
- Specific knowledge:Sales flow (Sales order, Procurement Order, Shipping documents, Packing lists, etc.) and SAP operation
- Business understanding:Import / export, logistics, and their related Vietnamese regulation and law
- Other requirements:High passion, honest mindset, cheeful disposition, and logical thinking
