As a Project Manager at ITR VN, you will lead cross-functional teams, set project goals, and ensure that each project is delivered on time, within the scope and team resource.
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and
objectives and plan for release.
● Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
● Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
● Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
● Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members (BA, Devs, Designers, QC), and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
● Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
● Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
● Manage project versions, resources, and timelines.
● Foster a collaborative and innovative project management environment.

● If you know the ins and outs of MedTech & Digital Health, it’s a plus. If you know more
about other business domains - even better. If not, then we will teach you.
Qualification & Experience required:
● At least 5 years of Project Management in the Software Development industry (good
understanding and experience in software development cycle)
● Strong experience in utilizing project management tools (Teams, Notion, JIRA, Github, etc.)
● Proven ability to successfully manage and lead teams of 10 members or more in complex and dynamic project environments. Demonstrated leadership in fostering collaboration, ensuring team cohesion, and achieving project objectives.
● Proven result-oriented person with a focus on delivery
● Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.
● Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts into
non-technical terms for stakeholders.
● Fluent in English.
