Ensure good customer relations, customer satisfaction; provide professional and timely customer support Coordinate with relevant internal departments to acknowledge and resolve customers' inquiries and complaints related to execution of the Contract Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standard Research and evaluate different risk factors while working with the customers; Work closely with Legal Division to resolve disputes with clients (if any) Ensure adequate and accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers Conduct customer service reports and analysis as required Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company

College Degree in Administration, Hospitality, Customer service Relevant experience in Customer Service, solving problems and responding to stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Proficient in MS Office Good manner, positive service attitude, pleasant personality and initiative
