Responsible for the proper operation of equipment
Control the process efficiency
Supervise and motivate a team of workers
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
Ensure that the production is cost effective
Driving improvement of manufacturing department.
Ensure that all SOPs are followed
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Oversee the production process and employees, create weekly schedule and execute.
Envolve/ execute in department project.
Ensure the shop floor labor discipline
Monitor product standards and implement quality- control

• Good knowledge of Vietnam MoH cGMP/ PICS/ EUGMP
• Hand- on experience in operating and understanding the pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, both design and working principle.
• At least 6 to 10 years&039; experience in reputed Pharmaceutical Companies in Vietnam in Production of Oral Dosage forms and management of work force
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Conversational in English must be.
